I created ADDRESS. around a simple belief: that great estate agency isn’t about listing more homes, it’s about doing a better job for the clients you choose to work with.
By deliberately working with a limited number of clients at any one time, I remain personally involved in every sale and give each home the time , attention and thoughtful marketing it deserves.

Meet the team
Founder & Director
With over 16 years in the property industry, Kelly brings a wealth of experience, local knowledge and a very personal approach to estate agency.
Having spent almost eight years building her own business and reputation locally, Kelly created ADDRESS to offer the kind of service she believes estate agency should be – experienced, hands-on, honest and completely focused on the individual client and their home.
A firm believer that no two properties should be marketed in exactly the same way, Kelly has a particular eye for presentation and loves finding the details that will make a home stand out whether that’s a little styling advice, a full staging plan or simply knowing exactly how a property should be positioned and marketed.
She’s equally at home behind the scenes of a complicated chain, negotiating an offer or solving the inevitable problems that can crop up along the way. For Kelly, the job isn’t done when the SOLD sign goes up – it’s done when the keys change hands.
Outside of property, life is usually considerably more chaotic. Kelly is a mum of two, dog owner, lover of travel, sunshine and good food, and is happiest making memories with the people she loves.
Best part of the job: Handing over the keys and knowing I played a small part in someone’s next chapter.
Usually found: Rearranging furniture before the photographer arrives.
Weakness: A beautiful house with terrible furniture placement.
